Reiki reflection:Rules and reading
This module organizes personal intentions, practice preferences and subjective experiences alongside traditional background. It does not infer energy from a chart, provide remote treatment or certify training. Reported experience and completed-session records are different sources.
Foundations and calculation
Enter a goal, observation period, experience and preferences for posture, touch, eyes and duration. A newcomer without a completed practice record should not fill in post-practice experience. Matching reflects inputs and content rules, not energy detection.
Worked example
A five-minute seated, eyes-open, no-touch request should produce a plan respecting those preferences. A finished timer records a session, not verified participation. Feeling calmer afterwards could also reflect rest, context or expectation and cannot isolate a Reiki effect.
Reading and judgment
Read the intention and original answers before why a plan was selected. Review steps and skip options. Treat traditional principles as prompts for a small act today, not emotional standards that must be achieved.
Common mistakes
The report cannot establish an energy measurement or therapeutic effect. Touch requires consent and every step can be skipped or stopped. Subjective experience and practice history cannot replace medical assessment or certify a lineage.
